Katie Enright

Executive Director

Katie is the executive director of Aspire. A lifelong Toledo area resident, she holds a bachelor of arts in business from Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio, and an MBA from Heidelberg College in Tiffin, Ohio. She has been affiliated with Aspire since it was founded, serving initially as the data and outcome network manager as a loaned executive from Owens Corning.  She was named executive director of Aspire in 2015.

Katie spent 15 years at Owens Corning, where she held a number of roles in continuous improvement, project management and finance. She is a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and a passionate advocate of children and education. The mother of 5, who has also served as a foster parent for a number of children over the last decade, she is committed to driving positive change in the community.

Kristen Kania

Data and Outcome Network Manager

Kristen is the data and outcome network manager of Aspire. She holds a bachelor of arts in political science from the University of Cincinnati, as well as a master of arts in political science from the University of Toledo. After serving as a loaned executive from Lucas County for a year, Kristen joined the staff of Aspire in January 2016. She brings more than 20 years of experience in public policy and has deep knowledge of health and human services program development, evaluation, statistics and data collection methodology. During her tenure with Lucas County, Kristen established the data and evaluation network, conducted numerous countywide evaluation projects, and designed several national replication programs for Lucas County.
